RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns
Not satisfied with your purchase? We allow you to return your unopened and uninstalled Easewall products within 30 days for a full refund of the product cost. No questions asked. We do ask you to pay for the return shipment. Your refund will be issued after the item has been checked for correctness in our warehouse. To initiate the return process, send us an email at hello@easewall.com.

Cancellations
If you accidentally made a mistake while ordering, let us know right away. Preferable by calling us directly at +31(0)850605696. Once we receive your order we get to work on it right away, therefore it may not be possible to cancel an order that is in progress. You may have the option of returning the item once it is received.

Damages
When you receive a damaged product, make sure to create pictures that clearly show the packaging or the product that is damaged. Please do so within 10 business days after receipt of your order. We cannot accept damages after this period, unfortunately.
