Walls do not have to be pretreated. So extensive DIY skills or heavy machinery are not needed. 

Acoustic wallpaper is made out of a thick and durable material, with a high class noise reduction coefficient. Nonetheless it is very easily manipulated, so that it can be cut to any desired length or width.
